 Becoming more unavailable in shops so ordered from Melbourne and now have 48 roll tucked into underbed storage bag. Should last a couple of years at least!

 In the interest of economy and commonsense,  have closed down the scarcely operated personal web site. Spending so much time on twitter, am getting the hang of it and am now seeing more and more tweets from those I follow and who are following me. Have worked out that the time of day has a great impact on the composition of my feed - and I guess that of others. Noticed most clearly today and am now rapping my knuckles for not taking a clear note of transition from USA input, then OZ, then UK. Make note tomorrow?

New Year's resolutions completed by 29th December

 First step to return to weight loss by finishing a 60 hour fast  By my reckoning, for this coming year, I need to repeat three times in 2025 to get to where I should be trim, taut and terrifyly treffic.  Second step waking to realisation I have almost - entirely no longer reading printed or kindle books. Remedy: to set aside an hour each morning before I start each of my four scheduled Telecross call sheets. Beginning Monday. Third step to go back to Mixed Fortunes: edit, find a new title (open to suggestions) and definitely a  new cover. Use this format to talk to myself and offend no-one.

 For I know were I to articulate much of my thinking  would be blocked. To support this belief was an experience on twitter : someone I had met irl, shared coffee cut me out when I commented on the experience of Ukraine and the US having elected a president with a history in television.
